TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Bookings and Fees
Troy's staff may only be booked through our office on 9290 2955 between 7.00am and 6pm Mon – Fri and 9am till 12noon on Saturdays. (Public Holidays excluded).  A four hour minimum applies per shift paid at completion unless prior arrangements are made, and a daily booking fee will be charged per person.  On this basis we act as Agents only.  The Client is responsible for Remuneration, administration and disbursement of Group certificates, Superannuation, Payroll tax (where applicable) and adequate Workers Compensation Insurance.  In this case, you as The Employer are responsible for any other employer related obligation including payment of the correct and appropriate Awards and Allowances. Accounts are billed monthly and payable within seven Days.
 
Payroll Service
The Troys Hospitality Staff Wage & Payroll Service will be responsible for Remuneration, administration and disbursement of Group Certificates, Superannuation, Payroll tax (where applicable) and adequate Workers Compensation insurance. 
The accounts are billed weekly and these terms are strictly 7 days.
 
Credit Card Payments
When credit card details are supplied to Troy's, Troy's will charge overdue or outstanding fees without prior notice to that Credit Card.
 
Permanent or On-going Employment.
Should a Troy's Casual be offered permanent, full time, casual or on-going work within 12 months of the last assignment through Troy's, Permanent placement charges will apply regardless of how the offer or acceptance of employment is negotiated
 
Occupational Health & Safety

The Client must ensure workplace safety by providing adequate supervision and safety checks.  The Client must notify Troy's of any changes to the workplace or tasks to be performed which may affect the safety of the employee.  The Client must not allow any employee to carry out work at a Site or on equipment that may be considered unsafe. Troys Hospitality Staff will not be responsible for any costs in relation to penalties occurred due to negligence or breach of statutory obligations by the Client.
 
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start time and confirmed with the Office.  If not, and we are unable to contact the person(s), we will ask for two hours show up pay for the staff.
 
Travel time.
Travel time will be applicable beyond the areas of Nth Narrabeen, Terry Hills, Pennant Hills, Nth Parramatta, Bass Hill, Reversby and Como.  One hours pay is charged.  If you have further queries in relation to travel time, please speak to a consultant at Troy's on (02) 9290 2955.
